DO SOMETHING GREEN TODAY!

What a delight to spend a day doing something green. To help the environment or to create a garden or plant a tree? Our planet needs us, it requires that we connect with it and that we help it to somehow regain its life and health.

The best way to help the earth is to create a little awareness of how much we can help. Let's teach our children to take care of the environment, to respect their living beings, and to take as little as possible from it. recovering the unconsciousness of our ancestors and the damage done during the last hundred years is our duty, so let's create a day, in which we can go out as a family and create something positive for the world. Planting a tree works, but what if we go to a beach to collect garbage and debris that have been brought to the beach by the sea? Or go to a park and pick up trash to clean common spaces and enjoy them for a longer time?

We can also get creative, and make a garden in our home. We will create possibly the best reason to go outside and enjoy our patio.

Creating an orchard not only connects us with mother earth but also allows us to enjoy the fruits and vegetables it produce. all the goods that we plant. Let's make this an invitation for our neighbors to join us, doing the same on their properties, or teach our children how to get the same food that we get outside in a supermarket, in our home, and best of all, organic!

This herb garden above, it's my baby! and I'm a proud momma! these little plants gave me and my son the opportunity of bonding while he gets the time of learning on how deep the plants should be set and what would be the herbs that will fit better in shade.

he likes to cook as I do, s for us the herb harden its almost a luxury pleasure to have it.

I guess expending time in our patio helps us to disconnect from all the electric appliances, tv, and cell phones and let us connect to ourselves and our family. Let's do something green today, and let's expend a couple of hours dedicated to growing: plants, green consciousness, and great relationships!

Love!
